These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and hm77i ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the hm77i website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion offered on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

hm77i reserves the right to request documentary evidence of any registration detail at any time, including a valid Pakistani national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued identification. Accounts for which satisfactory verification cannot be completed will be suspended pending resolution.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hm77i login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. hm77i strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account security settings immediately after registration.

You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. Any activity conducted on your account while your credentials are in use — whether by you or by an unauthorised third party who has accessed your account as a result of your failure to maintain confidentiality — is your responsibility. hm77i cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to accounts caused by the account holder's failure to keep credentials secure.

If you become aware or reasonably suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify hm77i's support team immediately via live chat. hm77i will take reasonable steps to secure the account pending investigation. You must not place bets or make withdrawals while a suspected security incident is under review.

hm77i reserves the right to temporarily lock any account suspected of being accessed in an unusual manner, from an unrecognised device or location, or in a pattern inconsistent with your normal activity. In such cases, additional identity verification may be required before access is restored.

All deposits and withdrawals on the hm77i platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported payment methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and standard bank transfer. hm77i reserves the right to add, modify, or withdraw supported payment methods at any time with reasonable notice provided where possible.

Deposits: Funds deposited via JazzCash or EasyPaisa are typically credited to your hm77i PKR wallet in real time. Bank transfer deposits may take additional processing time depending on the sending institution. hm77i does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used for deposit must be registered in your own name and must match the identity details on your hm77i account.

Withdrawals: To request a withdrawal, your account must have completed KYC identity verification. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published in the platform's banking information section. hm77i reserves the right to conduct additional security or fraud checks on withdrawal requests, which may result in processing delays while review is completed.

Withdrawal Method Matching: Winnings and balances may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in the same name as your hm77i account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts, unregistered payment methods, or methods not previously used for deposit may require additional verification steps.

• hm77i does not charge platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider's standard network fees may apply.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are stated within the platform's banking section.
• hm77i reserves the right to request the source of funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawal requests as part of its anti-money laundering compliance obligations.
• Balances associated with accounts closed due to a breach of these Terms are subject to forfeiture depending on the circumstances of the breach.

hm77i offers various bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion at the time of opt-in, which will specify the applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum qualifying deposit, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits.

General bonus conditions that apply platform-wide unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable funds.
• Bonuses are for personal use only. Sports Betting: Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. hm77i reserves the right to void or restrict bets placed in error, on suspended markets, or at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a system or data feed error. In-play bets are accepted at current market odds and are subject to any in-play rules relevant to the specific sport and market.

Casino & Slot Games: All outcomes in hm77i's slot games and casino table games are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently tested and audited by recognised third-party laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.

Live Dealer Games: Live dealer results are determined by physical dealing and spinning in real time and are final once the round is closed. Connection issues on the player's side do not invalidate a completed round result. hm77i will use available data to determine the outcome of any round disrupted by a connection drop mid-game.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply across all betting markets and casino games. These limits are displayed in the relevant betting slip or game interface and may be adjusted by hm77i at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hm77i platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another individual, or using stolen payment credentials.
• Money Laundering: Using the hm77i platform to deposit, move, or withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing their origin or facilitating financial crime.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets on events in which you have prior knowledge of a fixed or manipulated outcome, or participating in the fixing or manipulation of any sporting event.
• Software Exploitation: Using bots, automated betting scripts, screen-scraping tools, or any software that interfaces with the hm77i platform in a manner not explicitly authorised.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonus programmes through the use of multiple accounts, hedging strategies, or coordination with other players to guarantee returns regardless of outcomes.
• Chargebacks: Initiating payment chargebacks or disputes with your payment provider in bad faith while retaining winnings derived from the disputed deposit.
• Underage Access: Any attempt to register or use the platform while under the age of 21, or to facilitate a minor's access to the platform.

All content on the hm77i platform — including but not limited to the hm77i brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software code, odds presentation, and any other proprietary material — is the exclusive intellectual property of hm77i or its licensed content and software providers, and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the hm77i platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any hm77i content.
• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform or its software.
• Use any hm77i branding, trademarks, or logos for any commercial or promotional purpose without prior written consent.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the hm77i platform.

Any unauthorised use of hm77i's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may give rise to legal action.

The hm77i platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While hm77i takes all reasonable steps to ensure continuous, uninterrupted, and error-free platform operation, we do not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from technical errors, or that data transmissions will be completely secure from third-party interception beyond the protections hm77i has implemented.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hm77i's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your hm77i account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

hm77i shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or anticipated winnings arising from a technical fault or service disruption.
• Loss of data resulting from platform downtime or connectivity issues.
• Losses arising from your reliance on odds, statistics, or information displayed on the platform that contained errors.
• Losses arising from platform access being temporarily restricted by hm77i during a security investigation.

Nothing in these Terms excludes hm77i's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by hm77i's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

hm77i is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. The platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above. Gambling should be treated as entertainment, not as a source of income or a solution to financial difficulties.

hm77i provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within your account settings at any time after hm77i login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit.

Termination by You: You may close your hm77i account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Before your account is closed, any pending withdrawal of a positive real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be processed to your registered payment method. Once your account is closed, you will no longer be able to access your account history.

Termination by hm77i: hm77i reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or unverifiable registration or KYC documentation.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or other prohibited conduct.
• Account inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months with a zero balance.
• Regulatory requirement or direction from a competent authority.

Where an account is closed by hm77i due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation and, where the breach is confirmed, forfeited. hm77i will provide written notification of the closure reason where required to do so under its licensing obligations.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hm77i holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitral bodies designated under hm77i's licensing framework.

Before initiating any formal dispute, you are required to contact hm77i's support team to attempt to resolve the matter directly. hm77i's support team is available 24/7 via live chat and will acknowledge your dispute within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 days of receipt of all relevant information.

If a dispute relates to the outcome of a game, bet settlement, or technical result, hm77i's recorded data from its system logs and game servers shall be the primary evidentiary source. In the event that recorded data is unavailable due to a system fault, hm77i will apply the outcome that its reasonable determination indicates would have occurred under normal operating conditions.

These Terms are written in English and the English-language version shall prevail in all cases of interpretation, regardless of any translated version that may be available for reference purposes.

hm77i reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantially affect your rights as a player or the obligations of hm77i — we will notify registered account holders via the platform's in-app notification system or by email to the address registered on your account, with reasonable advance notice.

Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections, formatting changes, or clarifications that do not alter the substance of the terms) may be made without individual notification but will always be reflected in the updated date shown at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the hm77i platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date of the amendment. Requests for account closure in response to a Terms amendment will be processed promptly with any positive real-money balance returned to your registered payment method.
